I've just looked on our system and can see the order was fulfilled on 24th August and sent via Royal Mail on 25th August. Unless the customer reaches out to us we'd be unaware if a parcel has gone missing in the post, so we were unaware that you had no received this order. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped via Royal Mail it is out of our control, so we are a little upset to be reviewed a 1* rating for this!
