Please note that false eyelashes are non-refundable and non-returnable due to health and hygiene. 

If you have an issue with a product you have purchased, please contact us. 

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel a Rolling Monthly Subscription contract at any time after 2 months. Please contact us through the details on the contact us page. If a Rolling Monthly Subscription is cancelled after 1 month, we will resubscribe your account to take the second payment and send out the second box. We do offer One Off Boxes for people who only want one box, this is why we have a minimum of 2 months on the Rolling Monthly Subscription Boxes. Thank you for your understanding. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel a gift subscription as this is a pre paid subscription. 

Swapping Your Box

Once an order has been placed, if you wish to swap your box, (eg. Day Box to Day & Night Box) you will need to email us as it does not notify us and your order will have processed with your original box. As long as the box has not already been sent, we will change your box for you. IF you update your box on your customer portal and do not email, the box that has already paid for will not be changed, but all future boxes will be. 

Not Received Your Box?

If you have not received your box by the 10th of the month please contact us and let us know, we will then be able to track your order and advise you further.
